Diplomová práce se zabývá teorií podnikových procesů a možnostmi jejich organizace a optimalizace. Podnikové procesy popisují toky dokumentu, financí, informací a úkolu od jednoho účastníka procesu k druhému. Jejich vhodné zkoordinování, navržení a pochopení jejich vzájemných vazeb je jedním z klíčů úspěchu každého moderního podniku. S podnikovými procesy úzce souvisí pojem workflow, který je automatizuje, jakož i umožňuje jejich počítačové řízení. Cílem práce je, na základě provedených analýz a zjištěných nedostatků, zoptimalizovat vybrané podnikové procesy s podporou projektového řízení. Konkrétně bude využito teoretických východisek projektového řízení a aplikace MS Project 2000 k naplánování zamýšlených změn. Dílčím krokem bylo navržení částečného reengineeringu vybraných podnikových procesů prostřednictvím implementace vybraného ERP systému. Naplánování nové struktury řízení podnikových procesů bylo také provedeno a zrealizováno v MS Project. Výstupy MS Projectu zahrnují jednak celkový rozpočet plánovaného reengineeringu procesů, jednak jsou znázorněny přiřazení časových rozvrhů s detailním definováním rolí a jiných zdrojů. This Master Thesis deals with the theory of business processes and with the possibilities of their organization and optimization. Each business process describes a flow of documents, finance, pieces of information and tasks from one member of the process to the other. Appropriate structure and coordination of the business processes and understanding of their mutual relations, too, can be seen as same of the most important features of successful modern business. Workflow is a very similar term to business process. Workflow allows its automating and computer processing. On the basis of the thorough business processes analysis of a selected business is the main goal of my work to optimize selected business processes with project management support. In concrete, the project management theory and MS Project 2000 will be used to planning and realization of the intended changes. The minor goal is to propose a partial reengineering of selected business processes by way of ERP system implementation. The new management structure planning of business processes was also proposed and realized by MS Project. The outputs of the MS Project contain partly the total budget of the planned processes reengineering, partly the time sheets with detailed roles and other resources mapping. In conclusion, the total savings are described.
