Táto diplomová práca sa zoberá spoločnosťou, ktorá predáva potreby pre gastronómiu na slovenskom trhu. Je zameraná na návrh marketingového mixu nových ekologických jednorazových obalov na jedlo a nápoje, ktoré chce spoločnosť dovážať z Holandska. Práca je rozdelená na tri hlavné časti. Prvá časť je teoretická a sú v nej vysvetlené základné teoretické poznatky potrebné pre pochopenie problematiky. Nasleduje analytická časť, ktorá predstavuje analýzu súčasného marketingového mixu spoločnosti, a jej marketingového prostredia. Súčasťou analytickej časti je aj marketingový prieskum, ktorého cieľom je zistiť preferencie cieľového segmentu. Posledná časť práce predstavuje návrhy a odporúčania v oblasti marketingového mixu, formulované na základe výsledkov získaných prostredníctvom analýz.
This diploma thesis deals with a company, that sells gastronomy supplies on the Slovak market. It focuses on the proposal of a marketing mix of a new ecological disposable food and drink packaging that the company intends to import from the Netherlands. The work is divided into three main parts. The first part is theoretical and explains the basic theoretical knowledge needed to understand the topic. The second part of the thesis is analytical and includes an analysis of the current marketing mix of the company and its marketing environment. The analytical part also includes a marketing survey, the aim of which is to find out the preferences of the target segment. The last part of the work presents proposals and recommendations in the field of marketing mix, formulated based on the results obtained through analyses.
