Diplomová práce se zabývá vlivem prvků okolí komunikace na bezpečnost provozu vozidel se zaměřením na vizuální rozptýlení řidiče. V rámci teoretické části práce je charakterizována dopravní soustava a její jednotlivé prvky (řidič, dopravní prostředí a cesta, dopravní prostředek a dopravní sociální struktura) s důrazem na aspekty ovlivňující bezpečnost provozu a zrakové vnímání řidiče. Analytická část čerpá z videozáznamů z jízdních zkoušek poskytnutých Ústavem soudního inženýrství Vysokého učení technického v Brně, jejichž cílem bylo monitorování optických reakcí řidiče. Výsledky byly zpracovány a získaná data vyhodnocena za účelem zjištění především trvání pohledů jednotlivých řidičů na jednotlivé prvky okolí komunikace (se začleněním interiéru vozidla a venkovních zrcátek) a jejich srovnání s dobou věnovanou řízení vozidla. Závěr analytické části je určen výsledkům studií reklamních zařízení v okolí komunikace jako prvků s významným vlivem na pozornost řidiče. Interpretace výsledků analýzy s následným navržením jejich využití pro zvýšení bezpečnosti provozu vozidel je obsažena v poslední kapitole. The thesis deals with the influence of the elements in surrounding the road on the traffic safety, focusing on visual distraction of the driver. Within the theoretical part are characterized transport system and its individual components (driver, environment and road, means of transportation and transport infrastructure) with emphasis on aspects affecting traffic safety and visual perception of the driver. The analytical part draws from video records with driving tests provided by the Institute of Forensic Engineering of Brno University of Technology. They were processed and the data were evaluated to determine mainly the length of individual driver’s gazes on particular elements in surrounding the road and their comparison with the time dedicated to driving. The conclusion of this part is intended for the studies of advertising signs as they are the elements with significant influence on driver’s distraction. Interpretation of the results followed by designing their applications to increase traffic safety is included in the last chapter.
