Bakalářská práce analyzuje současnou podobu motivačního programu společnosti Mürdter Dvořák, lisovna spol. s. r. o. Zjišťuje účinnost motivátorů pomocí dotazníkového šetření, vyhodnocuje a navrhuje změny ve stávajícím motivačním programu, které by měli vést k větší efektivitě a produktivitě práce. This bachelor thesis analyses the current state of the incentive programme of Murdter Dvorak Company Ltd. It identifies the effectiveness of incentives using surveys, it evaluates and proposes changes to the existing incentive programme, which should lead to greater work efficiency and productivity.
