Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu a vyhodnocení aktuálního komunikačního mixu společnosti Axan 8 a.s. a vytvoření návrhu na jeho zlepšení. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou popsána teoretická východiska práce týkající se dané problematiky, v druhé části je analyzována společnost Axan 8 a.s. a její současný stav, SWOT analýza a současný komunikační mix, na jehož základě jsou v poslední části práce vytvořeny návrhy na jeho zlepšení. This thesis focuses on the analysis and evaluation of current communication mix of AXAN 8 a.s. and develop a proposal for improvement. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the theoretical background work on the issue, the second part is an analysis of AXAN 8 a.s. and its current situation, SWOT analysis and current communication mix on the basis of which the last part will made suggestions for improvement.
