Tato diplomová práce obsahuje literární rešerši na téma základních tvarovacích metod keramických materiálů se zaměřením na metodu suspenzního lití. Dále je v rešerši popsána stabilizace keramických suspenzí, sušení keramických polotovarů a jejich následné slinování. Součástí této práce je také popis plazmové technologie, včetně technologie DCBD (Diffuse Coplanar Barrier Discharge). V rámci experimentální části této práce byl prášek Al2O3 opracován technologií DCBD. Z takto připraveného prášku bylo metodou suspenzního lití připraveno green body, které bylo následně slinuto jednostupňovým a dvoustupňovým slinováním. V rámci práce jsou podrobně popsány metody přípravy keramických vzorků a jejich hodnocení. Vyhodnocené experimenty prokázály, že plazmová technologie má pozitivní vliv na úpravu keramického prášku Al2O3. Byly připraveny keramické vzorky z oxidu hlinitého o vysoké relativní hustotě (99%) a nízké hodnotě velikosti zrna ( This masters’s thesis contains literary research about basic shaping methods of ceramic materials concerning the slip casting method. In addition, stabilization of ceramic slips, drying of ceramic green bodies and their subsequent sintering are described. This thesis also includes a description of plasma technology, including DCBD (Diffuse Coplanar Barrier Discharge) technology. In experimental part of this thesis the Al2O3 powder was treated with DCBD technology. From the prepared powder, the green body was prepared by the slip casting method, which was subsequently sintered by one-step and two-step sintering.
