V bakalářské práci je uvedena anatomie a fyziologie žaludku, s vysvětlením principu vzniku myoelektrické žaludeční aktivity. Práce se zabývá záznamem elektrogastrogramu a záznamovým zařízením pro jeho akvizici. Zmíněny jsou zde důležité parametry signálu a způsoby jejich hodnocení. Pro hodnocení elektrogastrogramu jsou využity tři metody frekvenční analýzy. Součástí práce je návrh optimální metodiky měření pro hodnocení změn vyvolaných konzumací jídla a popis postupu při měření pomocí akvizičního systému Biopac. V programovém prostředí Matlab je vytvořena aplikace pro hodnocení změn vyvolaných konzumací jídla. Výsledky získané pomocí navržené aplikace jsou statisticky zpracovány. In the bachelor thesis is given the anatomy and physiology of the stomach, explaining the basic principle of myoelectric activity. The thesis deals with the recording equipment and the useful signals that can be obtained. There are mentioned the important parameters of the signal with the necessary analysis. The thesis describes three methods of frequency analysis. Part of the thesis is design the optimal measurement methodology for evaluating changes induced by consumption of food and a description of the measurement by using the acquisition system Biopac. In Matlab is created an application for the evaluatin of changes induced by food intake and the results statistically analyzed.
