Bakalářská práce se zabývá zpracováním urbanisticko-architektonické studie zahrnující objekt metropolitního významu, polyfunkční dům a mezilehlý park na ulici Benešova v Brně. Blíže se zaměřuje na zpracování jednoho z objektů – polyfunkčního domu v severní části území. Na základě analýz a zhodnocení pozitivních i negativních faktorů vytváří funkčně i esteticky hodnotný návrh objektu a přisuzuje prostředí nový atraktivní ráz. The bachelor’s project handles a compilation of an urban-architectural study containing an object of metropolitan signifikance, a multifunctional building – both on street Benesova in Brno - and a park in between. It focuses closely on one of these objects – the multifunctional building in northern part of the area. Based on analysis and evaluation of positive and negative factors it creates a functionally and esthetically valuable design of the object and attributes a new attractive face to the area.
