Bakalárska práca sa zameriava na vylepšenie a skvalitnenie práce s dátami, ktoré je potrebné vložiť do databázy, kvôli efektívnejšej práci. Správa dát prebieha pomocou mnou vytvoreného softwaru, kde bude mať užívateľ po prihlásení možnosť sledovať, kedy a kde má jednotlivé školenia a uvidí školenia svojich podriadených. Daný systém má nahradiť momentálny nepostačujúci a ťažko udržiavateľný stav momentálneho záznamu školení v neprehľadnej Excelovskej tabuľke Bachelor thesis focuses on the enhancement and improvement of work with the data to be inserted into the database, due to more efficient work.
