Předmětem zpracování této bakalářské práce bylo vytvoření projektové dokumentace pro provádění stavby, pro stavbu nového bytového domu na ulici Labská zahrada, ve městě Hradec Králové, katastrálním území Třebeš. Jedná se o navržený samostatně stojící objekt, který je po celém svém půdoryse podsklepený. Objekt je po celém svém půdoryse podsklepen. V suterénu se nachází technické zázemí objektu, společné a skladovací prostory. Každé nadzemní podlaží je navrženo s rozdílnou dispozicí. V prvním nadzemním podlaží se nachází 2 bytové jednotky a prostor pro provozovnu (kadeřnictví). V druhém nadzemním podlaží se nachází 3 bytové jednotky a v třetím nadzemním podlaží se nachází 2 velké bytové jednotky. Čtvrté nadzemní je tvořeno pouze vstupem na hlavní střešní rovinu, která je řešena jako plochá, jednoplášťová s intenzivní zelení. Cílem zpracování projektové dokumentace bylo v souladu s platnými normami, zákony a vyhláškami splnit zadání a navrhnout funkční prostory bytového domu, která bude vytvářet příjemné prostředí pro bydlení budoucích obyvatel tohoto objektu. Zpracování návrhu bytového domu probíhalo s ohledem na aktuálně platný územní plán města Hradec Králové. The subject of the bachelor's thesis was the creation of project documentation for the construction of a new apartment building on the street Labská zahrada, in the city of Hradec Králové, cadastral area Třebeš. It is a designed free-standing building, which has a basement along its entire floor plan. The building has a basement along its entire floor plan. In the basement there is a technical background of the building, common and storage areas. Each floor is designed with a different layout. On the first floor there are 2 residential units and space for business (hairdressing). There are 3 residential units on the second floor and 2 large residential units on the third floor. The fourth above-ground is formed only by the entrance to the main roof plane, which is designed as a flat, single-skinned with intense vegatation. The aim of processing the project documentation was, in accordance with applicable standards, laws and decrees, to fulfill the assignment and design the functional premises of the apartment building, which will create a pleasant living environment for future residents of this building. The design of the apartment building took place with regard to the currently valid zoning plan of the city of Hradec Králové.
