Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem asfaltové směsi pro obrusnou vrstvu s vysokým obsahem R-materiálu (množství 50 %) a použitím asfaltového pojiva modifikovaného pryžovým granulátem (CRMB) bez užití rejuvenátorů či jiných změkčujících přísad. Cílem práce je ověřit předpokládané vlastnosti asfaltové směsi provedením funkčních zkoušek dle normy ČSN EN 12697 (736160) Asfaltové směsi - Zkušební metody pro asfaltové směsi za horka, a porovnat její vlastnosti s minimálními požadavky na asfaltový beton pro obrusnou vrstvu (ACO 11 +) dle normy ČSN EN 13108-1 ed. 2 (736140) Asfaltové směsi - Specifikace pro materiály - Část 1: Asfaltový beton. Dalším cílem této práce je poukázat na možnost využití vyšších množství R-materiálu v asfaltových směsích. The bachelor thesis deals with design of asphalt mixture for wearing course, by performing functional tests according to ČSN EN 12697 (736160) Bituminous mixtures - Test methods for hot asphalt mixtures and comparison of its properties with asphalt concrete for wearing course (ACO 11 +) according to ČSN EN 13108-1 ed. 2 (736140) Bituminous mixtures - Specification for materials - Part 1: Bituminous concrete. The proposed layer is characterized by a high (50%) reclaimed asphalt pavement content (RAP) and the use of a crumb rubber modified bitumen (CRMB) without the use of rejuvenators or other softening additives. The aim of the work is to verify the expected properties of the asphalt mixture and point out the possibility of using larger amounts of reclaimed asphalt pavement in asphalt mixtures.
