Cieľom tejto práce je hľadanie optimálneho nastavenia posedu tak, aby zvyšoval výkon cyklistu a takisto pomáhal pri prevencii zranení. Teoretická časť obsahuje anatomický pohľad na cyklistiku, príčiny vzniku zranení a ich prevenciu a sú spomenuté rôzne metódy nastavenia posedu a parametre samotného sedla. Praktickou časťou je porovnávanie 15 odlišných cyklistických sediel a tlak pôsobiaci na sedlá na základe nastaveného posedu a rozličných parametrov sedla. The goal of this work is to find the optimal bicycle fitting so as to increase the performance of the cyclist and also to help prevent injuries. The theoretical part contains an anatomical view of cycling, the causes of injuries and their prevention, and various methods of bicycle fitting. Parameters of the saddle itself are also mentioned. The practical part is the comparison of 15 different bicycle saddles and the pressure acting on the saddles based on the bike fit and different saddle parameters.
