Tato práce se zabývá propojením kamery s PC a zpracováním získaných obrázků. Budou zde uvedeny základní pojmy ze zpracování obrazu a standarty kódování barevného signálu. Pozornost je věnována hlavně soustavě PAL, kterou používá naše kamera. Dále jsou zde shrnuty a popsány základní metody pro zpracování obrazu (prahování, průměrování, konvoluce atd.). Tyto metody budou dále využity pro základní detekci polohy očí. Tato detekce je navržena tak, aby byla co nejuniverzálnější a dala se použít na různé získané obrázky. The main topic of this work is focused on a connection of a camera with PC and processing of the gained pictures. There are described basic concepts of image processing and coding standards of the color signal. Attention is devoted mainly to PAL system, which is used by our camera. Furthermore, there are summarized and described the basic methods for image processing (thresholding, averaging, convolution, etc.). These methods are also used for the detection of the fundamental position of the eyes. This detection is designed to be the most universal and applicable on the various images obtained.
