Cílem diplomové práce je zpracování stavebně technologického projektu domu pro seniory v Novém Městě na Moravě. Obsahem této diplomové práce jsou technologické předpisy, průvodní a souhrnná technická zpráva, kontrolní a zkušební plány, položkový rozpočet s výkazem výměr, časový a finanční plán hrubé vrchní stavby objektu SO01. Také byl vypracován postup výstavby, stavební situace a konstrukční detaily. The aim of the diploma thesis is to make the detailed design project of retirement home in Nové Město na Moravě. This thesis contains a construction technology, summary accompaying technical report, control and test plans, itemized budget, time and financial plan of the carcass object SO01. Finally there is also implementation scheme, situation of site equipment and construction details.
