Tato práce se věnuje hodnocení posturálních změn vlivem sedavého zaměstnání u studentů VUT pomocí přístroje DIERS 4D Formetric, přičemž sleduje změny v úhlech a vzdálenostech jednotlivých částí páteře pomocí optické skenovací metody. Samotné měření probíhá ve stoji a v tzv. korigovaném sedu. Pomocí této statické diagnostiky jsou určovány změny po sedavé aktivitě v trvání minimálně šesti hodin v průběhu dne. This thesis deals with the evaluation of postural changes due to sedentary activity with VUT students using the DIERS 4D Formetric device, monitoring changes in the angles and distances of individual parts of the spine using an optical scanning method. The measurement itself is performed while standing and also sitting (Brugger sitting technique). This static diagnosis is used to determine changes after sedentary activity of at least six hours during the day.
