Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na strategický rozvoj technologického rodinného podniku Karel Kuběna s.r.o. působícího v oboru oční optiky. Nejdříve vymezuje a vysvětluje základní pojmy související s řešenou problematikou. Podrobněji se zaměřuje na specifika rodinných podniků a popis jednotlivých strategických analýz. Zjištěné informace jsou využity ke zpracování strategické analýzy, jejíž výsledky vedou k návrhu strategie rozvoje a dalšího směřování podniku za účelem upevnění jeho pozice na trhu. The diploma thesis focuses on the strategic development of the technological family business Karel Kuběna s.r.o. operating in the field of optics. First, it defines and explains the basic concepts related to the problem. It focuses in more detail on the specifics of family businesses and a description of individual strategic analyzes. The information obtained is used to process a strategic analysis, the results of which lead to the design of a development strategy and further direction of the company in order to strengthen its position in the market.
