Diplomová práce je zaměřena na náklady, kalkulace a především rozbor kalkulačního systému a vzorce. Práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části, a to část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části se věnuji vysvětlení rozdílu mezi finančním a manažerským účetnictvím, popisu základních pojmů a členění nákladů. Pozornost je dále věnována systému kalkulací, jejich prvkům a kalkulačnímu vzorci. Zmínka patří také moderním přístupům ke kalkulacím, a to pomocí metody ABC. Praktická část je zaměřena na společnost Prefa Brno a.s., která se především zabývá výrobou a prodejem stavebních výrobků a prvků. Krátce je zmíněna charakteristika společnosti, její historie, současnost, tržby, SWOT analýza. Hlavní zaměření práce je na kalkulační systém společnosti, jeho popis, metody sestavení a analýzy. Závěrečná část práce obsahuje shrnutí základních poznatků z analýzy kalkulačního vzorce, resp. systému, který je následně porovnán s metodou kalkulace cílových nákladů, která patří do moderních metod strategického manažerského účetnictví. Jako poslední část je uveden propočet v případě přidání položky materiálové přirážky a vyčíslení dopadů. The diploma thesis is focused on costs, calculation and primarily analysis of calculation systems and formula. The thesis is divided into two main parts – theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is focused on explanation between financial and management accounting, description of basic terms and expense classification. Attention is given to system of calculation, its items, and calculation formula. Mention belongs to modern access of calculation – ABC. Practical part is focused on company Prefa Brno a.s., which main part of business is production and sale of building products and components. Shortly is mentioned characteristic of company, its history, present, sales and SWOT analysis. The main orientation of diploma thesis is on calculation system of the company, its descrtiption, methods of set-up and anylysis. Closing part of thesis includes summary of basic pieces of knowledge from analysis of calculation formula (system), which is compared with method of target casting, which belongs to modern methods of strategic management accounting. In the last part is given calculation in the case of additional item of material rate and quantification of impacts.
