Tato práce se zabývá studiem vlastností hydrogelů připravených pomocí interakce polyelektrolytu hyaluronanu s kationaktivním tenzidem cetyltrimetylamonium bromidem (CTAB) v modelu fyziologického roztoku 0,15 M NaCl. Byly studovány vlivy různých pH a výsledné pH různých vzorků hydrogelů. Dále byla sledována stabilita hydrogelů pomocí fluorescenční spektroskopie, kde byl použit pyren jako fluorescenční sonda, a izotermní mikrokalorimetrie. Bylo zjištěno, že nízké teploty narušují integritu gelů a nedoporučuje se vystavení hydrogelů jinému, než neutrálnímu pH. This work studies properties of hydrogels prepared by the interaction of polyelectrolyte hyaluronate with cationic surfactant cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) in a model physiological solution of 0,15 M NaCl. Effects of different pH and final pH of different samples of hydrogels were studied. Furthermore, stability of hydrogels was observed by fluorescence spectroscopy, where pyrene was used as a fluorescence probe, and isothermal microcalorimetry. It was found that low temperature disrupts gel integrity and it is not recommended to expose hydrogels to other than a neutral pH.
