Předmětem diplomové práce je stanovení hodnoty stavebního podniku střední velikosti. Jedná se o určitou firmu s konkrétními údaji, jejíž ohodnocení je provedeno dvěma metodami; jsou tedy vypracovány dva znalecké posudky s použitím odlišných metod. Jejich volba proběhla s přihlédnutím k situaci na trhu, a výpočet je proveden v praktické části diplomové práce. The subject of the diploma thesis is the price assessment of middle – size contruction company. It is concerned to the certain firm with the factual data, whose evaluation is practised by means of two methods. The choice of these methods was made with regard to the situation on the market and the calculation is made in the practical part of the diploma thesis.
