Bakalářská práce popisuje problematiku řízení vztahů se zákazníky ve vybraném podniku. Teoretická část je věnována charakteristice CRM koncepce a souvisejících pojmů. Praktická část se zaměřuje na analýzu současného stavu marketingové komunikace a řízení vztahů se zákazníky. Na základě výsledků z této analýzy jsou formulována doporučení, která by měla přispět ke zlepšení situace ve zkoumané obchodní společnosti. The bachelor thesis deals with an area of customer relationship management in a chosen company. The theory section describes the characteristics of the CRM concept and its related terms. The practical part focuses on analysis of the current situation of marketing communications and customer relationship management within the company. Based on this analysis, the recommendations are proposed to help improve the current situation in the analysed organisation.
