Abstrakt: The objective of this work is to develop a band saw tensioner from the drafting of the specifications to the testing of the prototype while finding the optimal solutions technologically and financially. This development covers the mechanical design and dimensioning of the entire machine. In this repport every step of the project are covered, the benchmark, the specifications, the design and dimensioning, and finally the financial study.
