Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá automatickou analýzou fundus snímků sítnice pomocí texturní analýzy využívající Markovská náhodná pole. Cílem práce je nalézt vhodné texturní parametry, které by bylo možné využít pro klasifikaci stupně poškození vrstvy nervových vláken. Uvažovaný model Markovských náhodných polí využívá cirkulárně symetrické okolí pro popis analyzované textury a odhad parametrů modelu pomocí metody nejmenších čtverců. Získané texturní příznaky byly kvantitativně vyhodnoceny pomocí základní korelační analýzy s využitím dat z optické koherentní tomografie (OCT). Výsledky ukazují, že existuje korelace mezi navrženými příznaky a tloušťkou vrstvy nervových vláken, měřenou pomocí OCT. Příznaky lze tedy v budoucnu potencionálně využít pro diagnostiku glaukomu. The thesis deals with an automatic method of texture analysis using Markov random fields texture modeling. The main aim of this work is to find out relevant textural features, which can be used for appropriate classification of the degree of retinal nerve fiber layer loss. The model of Markovian statistic uses a circular symmetric neighborhood structure and a least square error estimation of the model's parameter. Obtained textural features were quantitatively evaluated using correlation analysis. The results show, that there is a significant correlation between proposed textural features and RNFL thickness measured by OCT. Thus, the features can potentially serve for glaucoma diagnosis.
