Předmětem této práce je analýza současného stavu, zhodnocení a následné návrhy na zlepšení managementu a řízení v profesionálním volejbalovém klubu VK Příbram. V teoretické části jsou popsána východiska související s danou problematikou, praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu organizační struktury, managementu a chodu klubu. The object of this work is to analyze the current situation, evaluation and follow up proposals to improve the management and control of a professional volleyball club VK Příbram. The theoretical part describes the background related to the issue, the practical part is focused on the analysis of the organizational structure, management and operation of the club.
