Táto práca sa zaoberá riešením problematiky z oblasti riadenia projektov a konkrétnejšie z oblasti riadenia harmonogramu s prvkami agilných techník. Následne je skúmané prostredie malých firiem, na základe čoho vznikol návrh systému. Tento systém je potom implementovaný a testovaný. Na záver sú diskutované možnosti ďalšieho rozšírenia. This thesis deals with the solution from the project management especially with the focus on the schedule management with attributes of agile techniques. Subsequently, the small business enviroment is researched, based on which the system was designed. At the end, the further possibilities of further expansion are discussed.
