Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na návrh motivačního systému ve vybrané společnosti. V teoretické části jsou popsány teoretická východiska týkající se řízení lidských zdrojů a motivace zaměstnanců. V praktické části bude provedena analýza současné situace z pohledu firmy a na základě dotazníkového šetření bude provedena také analýza spokojenosti z pohledu zaměstnanců. Získaná data budou použita k vyhodnocení současné situace ve firmě. V závěru práce jsou diskutovány návrhy ke zlepšení v oblasti řízení zdrojů ve vybrané společnosti. This work is focused on the design of the motivation system in selected company. In the theoretical part there are described the theoretical bases concerning human resources management and employee motivation. In the practical part, there will be analyzed the current situation will be carried out from the point of view of the company and, based on the questionnaire survey, an analysis of employee satisfaction will be carried out. The obtained data will be used to evaluate the current situation in the company. At the end of the thesis there will be discussed proposals for improvement in the field of resource management in selected company.
