Podstatou práce je návrh asistenčního zařízení pro nízkovýkonné CO2 lasery se zaměřením na výrobu nosných plechových částí. Teoretická část práce shrnuje problematiku CO2 laserů a dále se zaměřuje na jejich typy a použití v průmyslu. Práce obsahuje posouzení vlastností dostupných asistenčních zařízení. Hlavním cílem je navržení konstrukce pro nové zařízení s následným technologickým postupem výroby. Součástí návrhu je i technicko-ekonomické zhodnocení produkce v souvislosti se sériovou výrobou. The main point of this thesis is a design of an assistant facility for low power CO2 lasers with a focus on a manufacturing process of the supporting metallic parts. The theoretical part of the thesis summarises the general subject-matter of CO2 laser technology, their types and industry utilisation. The thesis includes a review of main characteristics of the available assistant facilities. Main task is to design a construction of a new facility with the consecutive technological manufacturing process. The next part of this design is technical and economic evaluation in connection with mass production.
