Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na výběr akciových společností pomocí fundamentální analýzy. V teoretické části je vysvětlena strukturu investičních fondů sídlících v České republice, jednotlivé strategie fondů, popis finanční analýzy a její členění. V praktické části jsou vybrané společnosti analyzovány pomocí metod mezipodnikového srovnávání a bankrotního modelu. Na závěr je sestaveno investiční doporučení pro management fondu kvalifikovaných investorů. This bachelor thesis is focused on choosing of stocks by fundamental analysis. The structure of the investment funds founded in the Czech republic, strategies, financial analysis and their structure are explained in the theoritical part. Companies are analysed by intercompany comparation and bankruptcy model. In the end of the bachelor thesis is created the investment recommendation for management of the fund qualification investors.
