Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřená na využití obrazové analýzy při stanovení počtu a velikosti kolonií mikroorganismů. Experimentálním druhem mikroorganismů byly kvasinky Saccharomyces cerevisiae, které tvoří na pevném médiu pravidelné tvary kolonií. Byly použity metody obrazové analýzy založené na waveletové (vlnkové) transformaci. Pomocí počítačového programu HarFA byla provedena fraktální analýza digitálních snímků a byly určeny fraktální parametry. Naměřena data byla využita ke grafickému vyhodnocení distribuce a četnosti kolonií. This bachelor thesis focuses on the usage of image analysis in the determination of the quantity and of the size of microbial colonies. Microorganism used in the experiment was Saccharomyces cerevisiae, which forms regular shapes of colonies on the solid medium. The applied methods of image analysis were based on wavelet transform. Fractal analysis of digital images was performed using a computer program HarFA and fractal parameters were defined. The obtained data was used for graph representation of distribution and frequency of colonies.
