Tématem této bakalářské práce je návrh bytového domu v Otrokovicích. Jedná se o samostatně stojící, nepodsklepený, objekt s plochou střechou na téměř rovném terénu. Bytový dům je pětipodlažní, přičemž první podlaží slouží k funkci technické a uskladňovací. Ve druhém, třetím a čtvrtém podlaží jsou situovány bytové jednotky, vždy dvě na patro a poslední, páté nadzemní podlaží slouží ke zpřístupnění prostoru ploché střechy a místo pro strojovnu výtahu. Základové konstrukce jsou pásy z prostého betonu, svislé nosné konstrukce jsou z tvárnic typu THERM, vodorovné nosné konstrukce jsou železobetonové a střecha je jednoplášťová, plochá.
Topic of this bachelor's thesis is design of apartment house, located in town of Otrokovice. It is detached building with partial basement, flat roof and it is situated on a slightly sloping terrain. The object is five-storeyed. The first floor serves for technical and storage use. Second, third and fourth storey contains apartment units, always two per floor. The last storey serves as an access to roof and as a elevator machine room. Foundations are strips from plain concrete, vertical framework is from THERM type of blocks, horizontal framework is from reinforced concrete and roof is flat.
