Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na hodnocení finanční výkonnosti společnosti TKZ Polná, s.r.o., za období 2016 až 2019. Popisuje teoretické poznatky z dané oblasti, a vychází z nich při analýze aktuální situace společnosti. Finanční výkonnost podniku je vyhodnocena pomocí analýzy klasických a moderních ukazatelů, Spider analýzy a Ekonomického normálu. Práce přináší návrhy a doporučení pro zlepšení finanční výkonnosti podniku. The bachelor’s thesis aims at the evaluation of financial performance of TKZ Polná, s.r.o in years 2016-2019. It describes the theoretical knowledge of this field and builds upon it when analysing the current situation of an enterprise. The financial performance of the company is evaluated using the analysis of classical and modern indicators, Spider analysis and the Economic Normal. It brings suggestions and recommendations for the improvement of the company’s financial performance.
