Keywords: This thesis deals with a creation of a business plan to establish a new Zverokruh franchising branch. The first part of the thesis focuses on theory of this issues. Then there is a market research and a analytical part which contains several analysis that is focused on meaningfulness of establishing franchising branch. Finally a schedule of implementation is made.; Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vytvořením podnikatelského plánu na založení pobočky sítě s chovatelskými potřebami Zvěrokruh formou franchisy. První část bude zaměřena na teorii této problematiky. Následovat bude průzkum trhu a analytická část obsahující několik analýz; zaměřené na smysluplnost založení franchisy. Nakonec bude sestaven harmonogram implementace.
