Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá detekcí semaforu a rozpoznáním stavu jeho světel na snímku z dopravní situace pomocí metod strojového učení. V teoretické části textu jsou zmíněny rozdílné přístupy k řešení tohoto problému. V praktické části je popsán vlastní návrh systému s využitím konvolučních neuronových sítí a výsledky testování navrženého systému. This bachelor thesis deals with the traffic lights detection and recognition of the displayed colour using methods of machine learning. In the theoretical section, different methods to solve this problem are described. The practical part describes the proposed system which was realized using convolutional neural networks. Furthermore, results of performed tests are shown.
