Práce na téma „Rychlořezné oceli a jejich aplikace v současnosti“ se zabývá popisem chemického složení, tepelného zpracování, řeznými vlastnostmi a zpracováním materiálu na požadované nástroje. Je zde zmíněna možnost zvyšování výkonu, odolnosti proti vysokým teplotám a trvanlivosti nástrojů z rychlořezných ocelí pomocí PVD povlaků a dostupných povlakovacích technologií. Dále je úkolem zjistit sortiment nástrojů z rychlořezných ocelí v současné době hlavně u výrobců obráběcích nástrojů. My bachelor’s thesis “High speed steels cutting tools and their applications today” is about a chemical concept, a heat processing, a cutting property and a production of cutting tools of high speed steel materials. This work consist a possibility of an increase performance, a resist of high temperatures and a durability of high speed steel tools by means of PVD films and an accessible technologies. Next I must found producers of cutting tools and their production of high speed steels.
