Technologie se zabývá výrobou dvoudrážkové řemenice pro dva typy polotovarů. Technologický postup řeší výrobu řemenice od prvního upnutí polotovaru až po předání hotové součásti na sklad. Polotovarem jsou dva typy odlitků s různou dělící rovinou. Materiálem řemenice je vždy šedá litina ČSN 42 2420. Metodou výroby je třískové obrábění s pomocí CNC strojů. Ve velké míře je používáno nástrojů s vyměnitelnými břitovými destičkami. Cílem této práce je najít nejoptimálnější způsob výroby z časového i ekonomického hlediska a porovnání obou variant. Technology deals with the production of the two - groove guide pulley for two types of semiproducts. Technological process of production solves the production of the guide pulley from the first gripping of semiproduct to handing over of the guide pulley to the warehouse. Semiproducts are two types of castings with different separating plane. The material of the guide pulley is always gray - cast iron ČSN 42 2420. Production method is cutting operation with CNC machines. The production uses tools with interchangeable cutting tips. The aim of this work is to find the most optimal method of production from both time and economic perspective and to compare the two variants.
