Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh novostavby nízkoenergetického bytového domu v obci Martínkov. Bytový dům je umístěn na převážně rovinatém pozemku v okrajové části obce. Objekt je podsklepený, se třemi nadzemními podlažími. V každém nadzemním podlaží se nacházejí dva byty 4+KK. V suterénu se nacházejí čtyři samostatné garáže pro obyvatele bytů a také skladovací prostory. Stavba je zděná z cihelného konstrukčního systému Heluz, střecha je plochá jednoplášťová. Obvodové stěny jsou navrženy s kontaktním zateplovacím systémem. Výkresy jsou zpracovány v programu ArchiCAD 17. The subject of this bachelor's thesis is to design a new low-energy residential building in the village Martínkov. Residential building is located on mostly flat land on the village periphery. The building has a basement, three floors. There are two apartments 4+KK on each above-ground floor. In the basement there are four separate garages for apartments´ residents and storage areas. The building is of brick masonry structural system Heluz, the flat roof is single ply covering. The external walls are designed with a contact insulation system. Drawings are processed in ArchiCAD 17.
