Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou řízení vztahů se zákazníky ve společnosti Zemědělská technika BOSKO, a.s. V teoretické části se zaměřuje na marketing, B2B trhy a řízení vztahů se zákazníky (CRM). Analytická část se zaměřuje na zhodnocení současného stavu společnosti. Poslední část práce zahrnuje návrhy a doporučení vedoucí ke zlepšení řízení vztahů se zákazníky. This theses deals with issues of customer relationship management in the company Zemědělská technika BOSKO, a.s. The theoretical part focuses on marketing, B2B markets and customer relationship management (CRM). The analytical part focuses on the evaluation of the current state of company. The last part of the thesis includes suggestions and recommendations leads to improve customer relationship management.
