Polyfunkční městský dům s veřejným prostorem na nároží ulic Bratislavská a Stará. Jedná se o rohovou proluku. Hmota domu tvoří inverzní roh s nově navrženým náměstím, představujícím rozptylovou plochu pro divadlo Radost. Soukromé vnitrobloky jsou využívané především rezidenty. Objekt nabízí celou škálu bytů, orientovaných právě do náměstí, nebo do dvora, každý byt je propojen s exteriérem francouzským oknem, balkony, lodžiemi. V objektu se dále nachází knihovna se studovnou a integrovanou kavárnou, oživující prostor náměstí. 2 patra podzemního parkování slouží jak pro rezidenty tak nahrazuje chybějící kapacitu v okolí.
Multifunctional building with public space on the corner of Bratislavská and Stará. The volume of the building creates an inverse corner with a newly designed square, representing the leakage area for theater Radost. Private courtyards are used primarily by residents. The property offers a range of apartments, oriented precisely to the square or the courtyard, each apartment is connected with the exterior French doors, balconies, loggias. There is also a library and reading room and an integrated café, reviving the square. 2 floors of underground parking to serve both residents and replaces the missing capacity in the area.
