Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na realizaci zakázky ve vybrané strojírenské společnosti a na vyhodnocení úspěšnosti samotné realizace. Zakázka je řešena od samotného přijetí požadavku od zákazníka, po expedici výrobku zákazníkovi a následné zpětné vazby. The bachelor thesis focuses on the realization of the contract in a selected engineering company and on the evaluation of the success of the actual realization. The order is dealt with from the customer's receipt of the request, after the product has been dispatched to the customer and subsequent feedback.
