Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vývojem biodegradabilního 3D anatomického modelu segmentu femuru a vlivem technologie 3D tisku na pevnost v tahu a modul pružnosti v tahu u 3D standardizovaných zkušebních tahových těles (ASTM_D_638_IV) z PLA, nylonu, ABS, ASA, PMMA, PETG a pryskyřice, a to u každého z těchto materiálu vždy o tloušťce tělesa 1 mm, 2 mm a 3 mm. Dále byl vytvořen nejprve PLA zjednodušený model segmentu femuru za účelem stanovení nejvhodnější tloušťky vrstvy při tisku tělesa z hlediska jeho pevnosti v tlaku a modulu pružnosti v tlaku. Jako mechanicky nejvhodnější byla stanovena tloušťka tištěné vrstvy 0,1 mm, která byla následně použita při výrobě PLA anatomického modelu segmentu femuru, a to ve 3 variantách lišících se denzitou výplně vnitřních struktur v místě kompakty a spongiózy reálné kosti, u nichž byla následně stanovena a porovnána jejich pevnost v tlaku. PLA anatomický model segmentu femuru byl vyvíjen podle CT obrazů skutečných kostí za účelem možného využití v medicíně k náhradě kostní tkáně při rozsáhlých defektech femuru. Před jeho případným využitím v medicíně je však zapotřebí další výzkum. This bachelor thesis deals with the development of a biodegradable 3D anatomical model of the femur segment and the influence of 3D printing technology on tensile strength and tensile modulus of elasticity of 3D standardized tensile test bodies (ASTM_D_638_IV) made from PLA, nylon, acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS), acrylonitrile styrene acrylate (ASA), polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA), polyethylene terephthalate glycol (PETG), and resin. For each material, bodies with body thickness of 1 mm, 2 mm, and 3 mm were 3D printed. Next, a PLA simplified femur segment model was created to determine the most suitable layer thickness for body printing in terms of its compressive strength and compressive modulus of elasticity. The thickness of the printed layer of 0.1 mm was chosen as the mechanically most suitable and was subsequently used in the production of a PLA anatomical model of the femur segment which was 3D printed in 3 variants differing in the density of the filling of the internal structures in the area of compact and cancellous bone tissue of real bone. Then, the compressive strength of these models was determined and compared. The PLA anatomical model of the femur segment was developed according to CT images of real bone with the purpose of its potential use in medicine as a bone tissue replacement in large femoral defects. However, before it can be used in medicine, further research is needed.
