Cílem mé práce je vytvořit jakéhosi průvodce zakládáním společnosti s ručením omezeným. Jde mi o to, abych připravil kompletní seznam úkonů, které je potřeba provést a všech potřebných informací. Práce je rozčleněna na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část je spíše popisného charakteru, praktická už pak chronologicky představuje jednotlivé kroky nutné k založení s.r.o.. The goal of my work is to create a guide of constituting of Limited Liability Company. The merit is to prepare the list of acts that are needed to be performed and every needed information. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is more descriptive, the practical one chronologically presents all steps necessary for constituing the Limited Liability Company.
