Hlavním cílem práce je seznámit čtenáře s problematikou vlivu dýchání na srdeční cyklus. Práce rozebírá nutné pojmy z oblasti elektrofyziologie srdce, mechanismy ovlivňující činnost srdce, projevy dýchání na elektrokardiogram, vyjmenovává metody detekce respirační frekvence v signálech elektrokardiografu, navrhuje protokol měření vlivu dýchací frekvence na elektrokardiogram, realizuje detekci dechové křivky na naměřených záznamech, srovnává naměřené výsledky The main goal of this thesis is to familiarize readers with the problem of influence on the cardiac cycle. Thesis analyzes necessary concepts to understand electrophysiology of heart, mechanisms affecting heart beats, respiratory identifides methods for detection of respiratory frequency presents in electrocardiogram, proposes own measurement protocol of the influence of respiratory rate on electrcardiogram, implements detection of respiratory rate of the measured records, compares the measured results
