Předmětem bakalářské práce „Návrh na změnu systému odměňování ve společnosti Kratochvíl J&M s.r.o.“ je analýza současného systému odměňování a pracovní motivace v podniku Kratochvíl J&M s.r.o. s návrhem jeho zlepšení. První část je zaměřena na vysvětlení pojmů odměňování, mzda, motivace a jejich vzájemných vztahů. V druhé části charakterizuji personální politiku, systém odměňování a pracovní motivace v podniku Kratochvíl J&M s.r.o. V závěru je navržena možnost zlepšení současného systému odměňování a pracovní motivace. The subject of the bachelor thesis: „The Rewarding system change proposal for the company Kratochvil J&M s.r.o.“ is an analysis of the current reward system and employee incentive program at Kratochvil J&M s.r.o. providing suggestions for improvements. The first part of this thesis focuses on explanation of the terms: compensation, wages, motivation and their inter-relationship. The second part of the thesis examines the personnel politics, reward system and work incentive at Kratochvil J&M s.r.o. The conclusion offers suggestions of improvements to the combined system of rewards and workplace motivations.
