Tato diplomová práce se zabývá posouzením stávajícího informačního systému v malém podniku a zpracováním plánu pro jeho nahrazení. Hlavním cílem je porovnání několika různých přístupů k pořizování informačního systému a využití metodického přístupu k jejich srovnání. Výsledkem by mělo být doporučení, zdali má dojít k výměně informačního systému, a pokud ano, tak zhodnotit výsledný přínos nového systému. This thesis focuses on an assessment of the current information system in a small company followed by a plan proposal for its replacement. Main goal is to compare multiple different approaches to the process of implementing a new information system in a company and the use of methodical approach for their comparison. The result of this should be a recommendation to whether the information system should be replaced and if so, what will be the resulting gain for the company.
