Hlavním cílem tohoto magisterského projektu je návrh administrativní budovy s téměř nulovou spotřebou energie. Projekt má tři části. Návrh vlastní budovy a technického zařízení v první a druhé části. Třetí část je specializovaná. Nízkopodlažní budova má tři podlaží. V prvním nadzemním podlaží se nachází malé kanceláře do 30m a technické zázemí budovy. Ve druhém nadzemním podlaží jsou větší kanceláře nad 30m a uzavřená část pro zaměstnance. Ve třetím nadzemním podlaží je jedna velká sdílená kancelář a lokální knihovna. Veškeré zdivo je navrženo z keramických tvárnic a obvodové stěny jsou zatepleny ETICS. Stropní deska a plochá střecha jsou navrženy ze železobetonu. Vnější vzhled je z přírodních materiálů, aby odpovídal místnímu prostředí. Vytápění objektu zajišťuje kondenzační plynový kotel. Dalšími servisními systémy v budově jsou vzduchotechnika, osvětlení a chlazení. Zdrojem obnovitelné energie je fotovoltaika. Ve třetí části jsem navrhl různé typy konstrukcí a zdrojů vytápění a použil jsem je v Průkazu energetické náročnosti. The main aim this master's project is to design a nearly zero-energy office building. The project has three parts. Design of building itself and building services in the first and second part. Third part is specialized. The low-rise building has three storeys. On the first floor are small offices under 30 square meters and technical facilities of building. On the second floor are larger offices over 30 square meters and some staff area. On the third floor are one large shared office and local library. All walls are designed from ceramic blocks and external walls are insulated by ETICS. The floor slab and flat roof are designed from reinforced concrete. External look is from natural materials to fit the local environment. The heating to the building is delivered by condensing gas boiler. The next service systems in the building are ventilating, lighting and air conditioning. The source of renewable energy is photovoltaics. In the third part I proposed different types of structures and heating sources and I used them in the Energy Performance Certificate.
