Štúdia, ktorá skúma sľubné spojenie princípov štíhlej výroby a nástrojov Priemyslu 4.0 pre riadenie výroby. Význam každého z týchto pojmov bol vysvetlený a vzájomný vzťah bol preskúmaný v teoretickej rovine. Ďalej boli popísané pravidlá, ktoré musia byť rešpektované pri implementácii nástrojov Priemyslu 4.0 do štíhlych výrobných systémov. Následne bol zmapovaný súčasný stav výroby fyzickým sledovaním výrobného procesu, ktorý bol podporený štatistickou analýzou výrobných dát. Vďaka podrobnému zmapovaniu situácie bol nájdený potenciál pre zlepšenie a bol vytvorený návrh riešenia riadenia procesu s využitím tzv. štíhlej automatizácie. The study investigates potential of promising combination of Lean principles and Industry 4.0 tools in order to find a solution for control of manufacturing process. Firstly, each of the buzzwords is defined and their relation is explained. Then, rules which will facilitate implementation of I4.0 tools into Lean production are enumerated. Afterwards, situation at the shopfloor is observed and statistical analysis of production data is done to analyze current manufacturing process. Deep investigation revealed strong potential for improvement, which was the motive to elaborate a proposal for Lean automated process control.
