Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá strukturou a vlastnostmi slinutých karbidů. Rešeršní část se týká vývoje slinutých karbidů, jejich složení a struktury, různých dalších vyskytujících se typů karbidů, jednotlivých kroků výroby slinutých karbidů, technologie slinování a také alternativních materiálů pro řezné nástroje. Experimentální část se zabývá slinutými karbidy se složením WC-Co a je zjišťovaná závislost koercitivní síly na velikosti zrn WC a na množství obsahu kobaltu. Práce popisuje měření pro určení velikosti zrn WC a měření koer-citivní síly, jedné ze základních vlastností slinutých karbidů. This bachelor thesis deals with the structure and properties of sintered tungsten carbides. The literature review section concerns the development of sintered carbides, their composi-tion and structure, different types of carbides, the steps of the production of sintered car-bides, sintering technology and alternative materials for cutting tools. The experimental section deals with composition of WC-Co and is ascertained by the dependency coercivity on WC grain size and also on cobalt content. This work describes the measurement of WC grain size and measurement of the coercivity, one of the fundamental properties of sintered carbides.
