Práce má sloužit jako podklad, při zavedení efektivnějšího motivačního systému, a obsahuje také návrh na zvýšení spokojenosti zaměstnanců a pracovní morálky This thesis is devoted to the proposal of the motivational system PHOENIX CONTACT Inc., based on an analysis of the current situation. Intention of this work is to be a basis establishing more efficient motivational system, and also contains a proposal that aims at higher satisfaction employees and employee morale
