Tato práce se zabývá problematikou hydroekologického monitoringu vodních toků. HEM - Hydroekologický monitoring je součástí hodnocení stavu vodních toků, což je požadavkem evropské Rámcové směrnice o vodách. Náplní bakalářské práce je vyhodnocení malého vodního toku pomocí dvou vybraných metod (HEM a Bavorská metoda). Metody jsou porovnány mezi sebou a také se stavem toku z roku 2008. Cílem práce je porovnání vhodnosti metod a jejich použití. This thesis is dealing with the hydroecological monitoring watercourses. The HEM – Hydroecological monitoring is part of the assessment of the status of watercourses, whitch is a requirement of the European Water Framework Directive. The content of this thesis is to evaluate a small stream throught two chosen methods (HEM and Bavarian method). The methods is compare with each other and with the state of the stream in 2008. The aim of the study is to compare the suitability of methods and their application.
