Cílem práce je porovnání služeb bankovních institucí a výběr nejvýhodnější varianty pro financování bydlení. Práce má dvě části. V teoretické části jsou definovány oblasti týkající se financování bydlení, oceňování nemovitostí a trhu nemovitostí. V praktické části je porovnáno dvanáct hypotečních úvěrů. Je vybrán nejvýhodnější úvěr a sestaven splátkový kalendář. The object of the thesis is the comparing bank services and evaluation of the most advantage variants of house financing. Thesis has two parts. In the theoretical part is defined topic housing finance, valuation and real estate market. In the practical part is compared twelve mortgage. Selected the best product and compiled repayment schedule.
