Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou procesů společnosti a následným výběrem informačního systému pro tuto společnost. První část je zaměřena na teoretické poznatky, které budeme potřebovat k pochopení naší problematiky. Další část práce obsahuje analýzu současného stavu společnosti a analýzu procesů společnosti. Na základě těchto analýz jsou definovány požadavky pro výběr nového informačního systému, podle kterých bude následně proveden samotný výběr informačního systému. This master´s thesis deals with analysis of processes in company and then with selection of information system for this company. First part is aimed to theoretical basis which will be needed for understanding our problem. Next part of thesis contains analysis of current situation of the company and analysis of processes of the company. Based on these analyses there are defined requirements for the selection of a new information system. Then is made an actual selection of the information system.
